Hotel Cristall - Frankfurt City - Frankfurt am Main

The hotel's location is excellent, just across from the main train station, convenient for my business trip. The modern comfort of the room, complemented by a clean bathroom and a nice bed, ensured a pleasant stay. Although there were a few challenges with plug placements, the overall experience was good, especially with a satisfying breakfast selection and accommodating staff.

I loved the decor and the location, which is a stone's throw from the main train station. Breakfast is good and included in the rate of the room. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and large. I highly recommend this hotel.

It's in an old building so it's has lots of stairs (warning for handicap) but it has a lift at least halfway.

Everything was perfect, had a very very good stay for one night. The breakfast of this place was delicious and satisfactory with many options, greatly enjoyed it;)))

The hotel has a superb location near the main train station, but the area feels unsafe at night.

The location is great, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a glass-fronted skyscraper. The rooms are spacious and cool enough with working ac, so that guests have essentials

Clean room, modern facilities, including Wi-Fi and a tv, made my stay enjoyable as I appreciated the convenience of being near a metro station for easy exploration of the city.

Location was perfect -- right next to Frankfurt Hbf. The proximity to the train station allowed us to explore other places nearby. The room was clean, comfortable, well-lit. We enjoyed the breakfast as well -- buffet style with many items, both sweet and savory. The hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. Overall it was a very good choice of hotel for our needs.

Excellent location with easy access to transport and food. Was given a spacious double room even though I had booked a single.

Lift landing is in between floors so have to go through a flight of stairs to access hotel room. Inconvenient if you have luggages to lug around.

Rooms are small but very comfortable. I enjoyed a peaceful sleep due to soundproofed windows. Breakfast included a great selection of cold dishes. Staff were very accommodating with early check-in. Location is excellent for central transport access 😊

Situated just across the road of the north side of the main train station. Not that you would know it - quietest city hotel we have ever stayed in. Welcoming and friendly staff.

The staff was kind and helpful, the room has a beautiful design, minimal and coloured, and the high ceiling makes it airy and comfortable.

The garage is not in the building but anyway not too far.

The rooms at Hotel Cristall, Frankfurt City are quite nice, equipped with air conditioning, a tv, and soundproofed windows for a peaceful night's sleep. Breakfast was a good spread with various options and a pleasant setup, made dining enjoyable.

Stylish and comfortable venue, brilliant location near to the police station and trains and shopping center, appreciated our stay. The atmosphere created was contemporary. Had a satisfactory breakfast, a compact room with a particularly good view of the Frankfurt skyline. Everything seemed well-maintained, fairly clean and the staff were very-very nice and understanding people in the night shift.
